Tula
Tula is named after Unión de Tula, a small town in Jalisco, Mexico. Each letter in the name “Tula” represents the family names of the four founders, who came together to create the town: Topete, Villaseñor, Lazcano, and Arreola.
Tula’s menu features simple, authentic Mexican cuisine. Many of the entrees are complex dishes that are served for special occasions, allowing you to explore Mexico’s vast landscape of culinary traditions. Tula also offers a unique selection of tequilas and mezcals. Both spirits are steeped in tradition and vary subtly depending on the agave and distilling method.
Like the town, Tula is about coming together. It exists thanks to the collaborative efforts of many individuals, including talented chefs, artisans, designers, and consultants. Tula thrives thanks to the Fayetteville and Northwest Arkansas community and guests, who gather around our tables to enjoy our delicious food and each other’s company.
