Dickson St. Bookshop opened in Fayetteville, AR in 1978. Owners Donald Choffel and Charles O’Donnell (departed 2019) have become beloved fixtures of the community. We have over 100,000 used and out-of-print books on every subject imaginable. Each week we shelve several hundred books so there are always new titles to browse.

We were featured on BuzzFeed’s list of the 17 BOOKSTORES THAT WILL LITERALLY CHANGE YOUR LIFE.
